We ship all orders within 1 to 3 business days. Most U.S. deliveries arrive in 5 to 10 business days, while international orders typically take 10 to 20 days depending on location. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow its progress.

We offer a 60-day return policy. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. To request a return, contact us at info@themagastore.net

If approved, you’ll receive return instructions and a shipping label. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive the return.

Please inspect your order on arrival. Contact us immediately for any issues like damage or receiving the wrong item.

Note: Sale items, gift cards, and personalized or hazardous products are non-returnable. EU customers have 14 days to cancel or return an order under the cooling-off period.
